Refund & Replacement Policy:

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images.

After verification, we will offer either a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as taste preferences or change of mind.

Order Cancellations:

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
